I liked Iron Man 3, (I did not love it, I merely liked it) I thought their take on The Mandarin was clever, and witty. I loved Avengers. We are talking about a film that is on its way into my top ten. I loved Coulson, and I loved his death.
…WARNING HERE COMES THE ANGRY PART…
Marvel is proving to me more and more that I cannot depend on them to make decisions, and stick with them.
First they kill Coulson, and then when people complained they brought him back to life, and gave him a mediocre T.V series.
Next they give me probably the single most original out of the box take on a super villain since, Scott Snyder rewrote the origin story for Mr. Freeze. Then people complained and now they have come back and retconned.
Setting it up that there is a real Mandarin who is furious that Kingsley has been pretending to be the Mandarin.
I am sorry but I call BS. The Kingsley was on television as the Mandarin for months, and at no point during that time did the “real” Mandarin step up and say “Umm sorry chaps that blokes a phony”.
This sets a terrible precedent that all you have to do is get enough people whining and Marvel will fix it. When I was a kid I hated it when a character I liked died, but as I have gotten older I enjoy watching the negative consequences to actions almost as much as the positive. Also not everyone is going to like everything,
as my good friend Bryant says “Nothing is so good that someone does note hate it, and nothing is so bad that someone does not love it.
One of my best friends hated the Mandarin, but I guarantee he will be furious once he reads this utter nonsense that is the retconning of The Mandarin.

Friends, Colleagues, fellow Humans, lend me your thoughts for but a moment.
I come not to mourn the world we have left behind, but rather to bury it!
A world of Hedonism, of Hate, and of SIN!!!
A world to weak for the spark of what we are to become.
As paper before a match so that old world burned in our presence.
Now I know we all lost loved ones during the Culling (Pause with tears).
Even I was not spared this fate as I lost my Mother.
BUT I know, and in your hearts so do you that the friends, and family we lost would not have survived in the brave new world we are just now entering. Better for them to have gone to their reward than to have suffered in a world they could not hope to have endured.
When I look at you I do not see Black, or White. I do not see Muslim, or Jew. I see Brothers and sisters coming together in fellowship, to pull this world back from the brink of destruction.
And so I ask you to join me. Join me in this our new world, our new frontier. Help me to create a world built on Love rather than hate, on Order rather than chaos. A world where everyone lives out there full potential.
I will now take questions from the audience
Mister Nazareth, What is the need for your ten leaders why cannot you simply work through the structures already in place.
That is a great question. The elements of confusion and dissolution which are making themselves felt in our lives, in the very concept of life itself and the will to self-preservation, cannot be eradicated by a mere change of government. Furthermore great change needs not mean great calamity. The changes I have to propose will be felt little at all to the common man. Aside from the fact that he will have more of his own money, time, and health.
Yes the idea of splitting the world into ten states is a dounting prospect and I have scoured the globe finding Men, and Women capable of this task.
And just who are these people
Their names will be revealed at a press conference early next month.
So I finished EtD this morning and i have some thoughts.
When i was playing SRIV I had a few questions
1. Where was Zimos?
2. When are the mortal foes of the Zin going to arrive?
3. Where was Donnie?
This game answers all three of these. I have spent a good 15 minutes sitting here attempting to write a real review of this DLC, and this is what I have come to.
To hell with trying to explain it spend the 7 bucks it costs and play it. Better yet spend the $10 it costs to buy the season Pass.(which Includes “How The Saints Saved Christmas”) This game is good, err well good at showing you how bad this game would have been. By far the best parts are the MST3K style talking over the game done by the Characters.
the DLC is comprised of six 15 to 20 minute missions, and the greatest final cut scene ever in the history of gaming.
DO NOT READ FARTHER IF YOU DO NOT WANT THE END SPOILED
The final in game vehicle is a velociraptor. And if volition does not add it as a full in game mount then they have failed us all
well worth you money and your time
The CW has announced that they plan on spinning a Flash series out of Arrow with the recurring character of Barry Allen.
This brings up an interesting possibility, as DC will need some one to play the Flash in a Justice League film, and it would seem a waste to develop a series for The Flash only to recast him in a few years. Also Arrow is quite popular right now and would pull audiences to a JL film. If DC has any brains at all they will link their Television, and film universes.
now the argument against this I keep hearing is that Arrow will not work if you introduce super powers, and while I am not sure how much I would want Ollie going toe to toe with ManBat, who among us would complain if Brick showed up, or Grundy
Dear Volition Please send me a copy of The Game of the generation edition, this is why.

Wil Wheaton should play Ant-Man. Just think about it for like 3 seconds…
